Learning How to Give a Honest Film Review And Using Wikis :)

Hi everyone !! Today my blog post will be about my experience with wikipages and film reviewing. First of all, this assignment was a collaborative one. I really liked our dynamic with my dear Yaren Güleç. Our opinions were very similar towards the movie we watched (Everything Everywhere All at Once) which made our job incredibly easy. And our assignment was to watch a movie in pairs and write a review about this movie where we should give a general information about the movie's producer, production date, actors and actresses and write a short summary where no spoilers included, also review the structure, acting, clothing, lightning etc. to our liking and at last give a honest opinion about the movie's overall cons and pros.

After watching our wonderful (!) movie ;),(you can find our opinions here) we created a Google Docs page where we can collaboratively work, and we wrote our film review together. Following our writing session, we opened our film review page and we copied our writing. At our page, we added images and giphs, also a trailer embedded into a word and lastly we switched up the font of our document. At that point our collaborative work was done and we commented at our friends' film reviews separately.

Personally, I liked using the wikis because I like exploring new materials first to learn then to teach. Wikis enabled us to create a shared work together without having to face the difficulty of working separately then trying to combine two different materials into one. Overall, I would use and suggest the wikis to everybody, I believe it is a fun integration of technology :) Thank you for reading :)
