Yonca's Experiences With Teaching English

  Hi everyone :) This post's topic will be my experience creating a podcast collaboratively with my dear friend Yaren .  Let me give you a summary of what we did. First, we created a storyline based on the words clown, cat, birthday party, candles, and laughter. We thought that birthday party and clown would be our main events and the other words would play roles as supporting events. We believed the integration of the clown word would be by first creating a tension-filled scene, the clown appears in the dark, then altering it into a humorous scene with a funny plot twist.  After creating our storyline, we found the voice effects on Youtube and created a playlist so that our job would be easier while editing. After that, we recorded ourselves saying one sentence per person and then continuing repeatedly.  Hi everyone :) In this post, I will be sharing my experience with learning how to use padlet and searching for climate change with my study group.  Our task was to select a topic given by our teacher then to create a padlet wall to form a KWL chart. Let me explain you briefly what a KWL chart is. KWL chart is a template consisting of informations we know(K), want to know(W)and what we learned at the end of the process (L).  Our group ,which consists of my dear friends Yaren , Serra and Betül , chose "climate change" as our topic. First, we created the padlet wall and modified it suitable to our liking which made our wall adorable. Then we brainstormed about what we already know about the subject and developed the "K" part of the chart.
